| WHAT IS THE FEAR OF YHVH? And to man He said, 'Behold, the fear of YHVH, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding. Job 28:28 In the above Scripture we can see that the Fear of YHVH and WISDOM are one and the same! If we find the Fear of YHVH we will then find Wisdom. But how do we obtain the Fear of YHVH? Where do we find it? First of all we must understand that the Fear of YHVH is a SPIRIT. It rested on Yeshua and on all those that YHVH mightily used in the Holy Scriptures! The Spirit of YHVH will rest on Him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of YHVH. Isaiah 11:2 HOW CAN WE OBTAIN IT? The Spirit of the Fear of YHVH which is one and the same as WISDOM can be obtained by INSTRUCTION, OBEDIENCE and by SPIRITUAL IMPARTATION from Divinely Appointed Authorities. HONOR AUTHORITIES AND LIVE! SHMA=TO LISTEN CAREFULLY TO INSTRUCTION IN ORDER TO OBEY THEM  When we listen and obey Godly instruction we get filled with the Fear of YHVH and Wisdom!
My son, give attention to my wisdom, Incline your ear to my understanding. Proverbs 5:1 This particular issue is connected with honoring AUTHORITIES such as Father, Mother, Teachers of the Word, Pastors, Bishops and even government authorities. When we listen and obey those that are assigned to mentor us in life and ministry such as natural Parents or Spiritual Parents we obtain the Fear of YHVH and Wisdom. Hear, my son, your father's instruction And do not forsake your mother's teaching. Proverbs 1:8 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Ephesians 6:1 Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with grief, for this would be unprofitable for you. Hebrews 13:17 Everyperson is to be insubjection to the governing authorities. Forthere is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.2 Thereforewhoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.3 Forrulers are not a cause of fear forgood behavior, but for evil. Romans 13:1-3 We can only honor authorities if we have a humble heart! Spiritually prideful people cannot submit to anyone, they have their own agenda and are accountable to no one. Those that do not hear instruction from their divinely appointed authorities walk in dishonor and are fools. The fear of YHVH is the instruction for wisdom, and before honor comes humility. Proverbs 15:33 WHO IS A FOOL? The fear of YHVH is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7  Today the trend in this world is to despise the instruction that comes from parents, pastors and elders. This is bringing early death through drugs, illicit sex, suicide and the like! The First Commandment with a promise is the 5th Commandment!
Honor your father and your mother, as YHVH your God has commanded you, that your days may be prolonged and that it may go well with you on the land which YHVH your God gives you. Deuteronomy 5:16 This trend is prevalent in the Body of Messiah world -wide where most Christians take the instructions of their leaders much too lightly! Submission to authority is regarded as "bondage" and many blame the Holy Spirit for not obeying their pastors and leaders. "I am not led to do such and such" has become the Number One excuse for dishonoring leaders and simply rebellion. Thus the lack of wisdom is running rampant among those who call themselves "believers". People that are not submitted to their God given authorities will never walk in the Fear of YHVH or in Wisdom and they are in danger of both spiritual and physical early death! It cannot go well with them because they hate wisdom and instruction! Most of them when instructed, rebuked or corrected by parent or a spiritual leader try to "defend themselves", or they attack back or try to "express their heart with lengthy words". A fool does not delight in understanding, but only in revealing his own mind. Proverbs 18:2 Many of them give excuses of why they are unrepentant because of their "terrible, childhood, terrible past" and they wallow in self- pity! Point blank they simply do not have the Spirit of the Fear of YHVH on them, they have entertained another spirit and they are deceived so as to call it the Holy Spirit! This particular problem is very prevalent in Charismatic Circles where so many are supposedly "led of the Spirit" to disobey Yah, His leaders and His Commandments in the name of a deceptive "freedom". RELIGION OR OBEDIENCE? The fear of YHVH is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever. Psalm 111:10 The fear of religion and of spiritual abuse has given birth to a rebellious people that do not grow and amount to nothing! The issue is that obedience to authorities and to instruction is not "religion" or "spiritual abuse" it is actually the foundational principle of the Fear of YHVH which obtains WISDOM for life! It is therefore understandable that the first EARTHQUAKE in history happened when Korah the Levite came against the authority of Moses and Aaron, thinking to himself as "equal" to them because he too was anointed!  They assembled together against Moses and Aaron, and said to them, "You have gone far enough, for all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and YHVH is in their midst; so why do you exalt yourselves above the assembly of YHVH ?" Numbers 16:3
Do you think that your leaders, pastor or bishop is exalting him/herself above you? Do you feel that you are "equal" to them because you are also a believer or anointed? You are up for a very rude awakening as YHVH is an Elohim of order! But if YHVH brings about an entirely new thing and the ground opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that is theirs, and they descend alive into Sheol, then you will understand that these men have spurned YHVH. Numbers 16:30 The earth swallowed up Korah, all those that followed him and all of his family and possessions! As he finished speaking all these words, the ground that was under them split open;32 andthe earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, and their households, andall the men who belonged to Korah withtheirpossessions.33 So they and all that belonged to them went down alive toSheol; and the earth closed over them, and they perished from the midst of the assembly. Numbers 16:31-33 Every time that we contest, dishonor or disregard Divinely Appointed Authorities we can find ourselves in a precarious, dangerous and slippery place of judgment! Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with grief, for this would be unprofitable for you. Hebrews 13:17 If the Fear of YHVH is not acquired by LISTENING to the instruction coming from our parents and leaders then we will have to acquire it through JUDGMENT! For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:17 When we have the Fear of YHVH and love His Wisdom, we love our own soul! He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; He who keeps understanding will find good. Proverbs 19:8 CHOOSE THE FEAR OF YHVH-CHOOSE LIFE!
