When people order something from the Ministry and for some reason it gets damaged in the mail or there was some mistake in the sending, it is our Ministry policy to send that person a new undamaged item PLUS an extra gift for the grievance. Restitution always repays extra for the grievance! That is the reason why the Torah speaks much about indemnification for damages caused to our fellow humans.

RESTITUTION IS JUSTICE
They buried the bones of Saul and his son Jonathan in the tomb of Saul's father Kish, at Zela in Benjamin, and did everything the king commanded. After that, God answered prayer in behalf of the land. 2 Samuel 21:14
 During the rule of King David there was a terrible drought in the Land of Israel that was threatening to kill the People through starvation. When King David inquired of YHVH, He answered and said:
"It is for Saul and his bloody house, because he put the Gibeonites to death." 2 Samuel 21:1
When King David understood that he was suffering because of the sins of his predecessor, he immediately sought to rectify the wrong by making restitution.
Thus David said to the Gibeonites, "What should I do for you? And how can I make atonement that you may bless the inheritance of the Lord?" 2 Samuel 21:3
The Gibeonites demanded holy revenge against the house of Saul, even though they could have demanded monetary remuneration and also revenge against all of Israel, they just wanted justice done on their behalf!
So they said to the king, "The man who consumed us and who planned [o exterminate us from remaining within any border of Israel, 6 let seven men from his sons be given to us, and we will hang them before YHVH in Gibeah of Saul, the chosen of YHVH." And the king said, "I will give them." 2 Samuel 21:5, 6
After those seven men from Saul's family were executed, then Elohim heard and answered the prayers for rain, the drought broke and Israel was spared!

Had King David decided not to make the restitution that the Gibeonites demanded, YHVH would have not opened the Heavens for Israel, though Israel is His Covenant People! YHVH is a JUST God and he is no respecter of persons. Though the Gibeonites were the slaves and Israel the Master and the Sons of the Covenant, until Israel would do the right thing, Israel would suffer drought!
WE ARE CALLED TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT!
By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.1 John 3:10
 So often Christians believers in Messiah think that because they can claim salvation by the Blood of Yeshua, that they can get away with everything! They feel that they have more privileges and therefore they don't need to behave right. I have news to tell you: If we do not do the right thing, we will be under the curse and not under the Blessing even if we name and claim every promise in the Bible! If we break our promises and vows we will suffer and if we harm someone else, we shall be judged! Furthermore Elohim looks at us in the Body of Yeshua in the same way that He looked at Israel as a NATION. The whole Body of Messiah is a Nation, in fact a Holy Nation!
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, aholy nation, a people for God's own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.1 Peter 2:9
 If believers/Christians in past generation sinned against people groups such as against the Jews (Pogroms, Spanish Inquisition, Crusades, Holocaust and many other persecutions), the judgment over this sin will be collective upon the entire Church, every denomination of it! There will be a Day of Drought for the entire Body of Messiah just like it was at the time of King David! On that Day of Drought there will be no rain (no revival) and there will be a famine (for the Word) so people will be lean in their souls. In fact we are in that Day right now! I have seen the dryness and leanness all over the world! Preachers are going through the motions, preaching the same kind of sermons, but they are hollow and empty. They behave as if there is anointing and revival, but not one drop of heavenly rain has fallen. Many people are growing desperate and leaving churches trying to look for greener pastures only to go from desert to desert, from gravel to gravel.
There is only one hope for the End Time Church and that is RESTITUTION! Acts of Repentance and Restitution need to be done by every church and every denomination on behalf of the sins of our ancestors concerning the Jewish People, the People of Israel and other people that were harmed in the name of Christianity. RUTH MADE RESTITUTION AND BROKE THE CURSE
No Ammonite or Moabite shall enter the assembly of YHVH; none of their descendants, even to the tenth generation, shall ever enter the assembly of YHVH. Deuteronomy 23:3
 We can see in the Word that people groups that refused to help Israel or that harmed her actively fall under the curse. The Moabites and the Ammonites refused to help the Children of Israel in the desert!
Because they did not meet you with food and water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you. Deuteronomy 23:4
Ruth was a Moabite and just like all Moabites, she could not get saved, neither her children, grandchildren or great grandchildren all the way to the tenth generation! The only way to get saved at that time was to renounce paganism and join the People of Israel by circumcision and keeping God's Commandments! Imagine that the heavens were shut close before the Moabites; they had absolutely no hope of redemption ever! And yet one woman changed all that by doing an extreme act of restitution! She gave her life on the altar for the sake of her widowed Jewish mother in law Naomi. She lost her life in order to accompany Naomi back to the Land of Israel in order to serve her in life or death!
Do not urge me to leave you or turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God. 17 Where you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. Thus may the Lord do to me, and worse, if anything but death parts you and me. Ruth 1:16, 17
Ruth was making RESTITUTION for the sin of the Moabites against Israel by serving ONE Jewish woman! It would be as if a German woman would make restitution for the sake of her German People that exterminated six million Jews by giving her life for the sake of one Jew by serving that Jew and blessing FOR LIFE, one Jewish person! Or any Christian serving one Jew on behalf of all the sins committed by Christianity against the Jewish People!
 What can one person's restitution do? It can do so much that for Ruth and all her generations the curse broke completely! Furthermore Ruth married Boaz a Jewish relative of Naomi and bore a son by the name of Obed who was the father of Jesse, who was the father of King David. Yeshua was born from David's lineage so Ruth, a Gentile, formerly accursed Moabite became the grandmother of King David and in the Royal Line of the Messiah because of ONE Act of Restitution! That is the power of restitution! (Matthew 1)
Then she fell on her face, bowing to the ground and said to him, "Why have I found favor in your sight that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?" 11 Boaz replied to her, "All that you have done for your mother-in-law after the death of your husband has been fully reported to me, and how you left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and came to a people that you did not previously know. 12 May the Lord reward your work, and your wages be full from the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to seek refuge." Ruth 2:11, 12
CORNELIUS MADE RESTITUTION AND OPENED THE GATE OF SALVATION
Now there was a man at Caesarea named Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian cohort, 2 a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, and gave many alms to the Jewish people and prayed to God continually. Acts 10:1, 2
Cornelius was a Roman Captain of 100 Roman soldiers and he was doing something that was totally opposed to the Roman regime! He was blessing the Jewish People financially! The Jews were UNDER Roman rule! They paid tribute to the Romans and not vice versa and here we see a Roman in a position of authority giving Zedaka (alms or a righteous offering) to the Jews! Cornelius must have been the laughing stock of all other Roman soldiers! What he was doing was certainly not popular! The Romans had spoiled the Jews seriously and were exacting enormous amount of taxes and impoverishing God's People! Because of that they were incurring in Yah's judgment because He had promised through Abraham that the Blessing or the Curse in nations depended on how the nations would treat his descendants, the Jews!
And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed."Genesis 12:3
As we know today the Roman Empire indeed collapsed and does not exist as such anymore, though the Jewish People are still here and even back in their own land after 2000 years of exile!
 However one Roman soldier made a name for himself and opened the door for many Romans to be rescued from eternal damnation, the way he did it was by making FINANCIAL restitution to the Jewish People whom the Romans had plundered! This moved the Almighty to action on behalf of this Roman!
About the ninth hour of the day he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God who had just come in and said to him, "Cornelius!" 4 And fixing his gaze on him and being much alarmed, he said, "What is it, Lord?" And he said to him, "Your prayers and alms have ascended as a memorial before God. Acts 10:3, 4
Cornelius acts of Restitution towards Yah's Jewish People built him a memorial and opened the Gate of Salvation for all the Gentiles! The Angel of YHVH told Cornelius to summon the Jewish Apostle Peter who came and preached the Gospel to his entire household and friends!
While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message. 45 All the circumcised believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. Acts 10:44
From that moment Gentiles came into the Kingdom and could be saved! That is the power of ONE act of restitution!
In these End of Times YHVH is calling His Ecclesia to make Restitution towards Israel by becoming as a Ruth and a Cornelius. It is Ruth like people and Cornelius like People that will propel the End Time Revival by Acts of Restitution towards the Jewish People. They will break the many curses that have fallen because of Replacement Theology that unleashed hateful spirits against the Jews and everything Jewish, culminating in terrible pogroms and shoas (holocausts) in past generations. As every Christian/Gentile believer in Messiah applies the Restitution Principle towards Israel PRACTICALLY through finances, service and acts of justice like King David, Ruth and Cornelius did, they will experience great favor from YHVH and will become vessels of revival and blessing for all future generations!
